keeping fit and fun, we often have a drink afterwards.

Anybody interested in jogging/running/walking is welcome to our training runs/walks.
We advise you to make contact by email first, just in case we are elsewhere on that day

Regular Training Runs (and Walks)
- Tuesday - for schedule & routes see the link above
- Running Group: 7.00pm a 60 to 75 minute run (nobody will be left behind!)
- Walking Group: 7.00pm this is the sociable chatty group, numbers fluctuate so email/Whatsapp before turning up
- Thursday - for schedule & routes see the link above
- Running Group: 6.00pm a 60 to 75 minute run (nobody will be left behind!)
- Walking Group: 6.00pm this is the sociable chatty group, numbers fluctuate so email/Whatsapp before turning up
- 5k Klub: 6.20pm a 30 to 40 minute 5k run at a leisurely pace for beginners, the old and the injured!
The 6:20 start means we meet the other running groups towards or at the end of the run
- Sunday Not always happening so always check email/whatsapp, but when it does, we meet at Wesley Heights Car Park,
behind the Crown/Miller & Carter, Langdon Hills (near the Radio Mast)
- Running Group: 9.30am a 60 to 75 minute run (nobody will be left behind!)
- Walking Group: 9.30am seldom happens so check email/Whatsapp before turning up
- Other Runs: We often run elsewhere so always check email/whatsapp
